This socket is included in Tenaci torque bar Volvo 700-/900 t00017900
When purchasing the complete torque a thorough installation guide with images is included.
Brief Installation guide:
Remove original torque arms and the plate brackets.
Remove the front bushings from the chassis.
Install the socket with the ball bearing facing the rear axle.
Drill a ø 7 mm hole underneath (see image).
Install the M8 screw through the socket and the chassis by hand (don’t overtighten or use machine)
Lubricate the shaft that is supposed to be inserted into the bearing with moly grease (driveshaft grease) before installing the torque bar.
